WARRANTIES

HOT HOLIDAY PTY LTD'S RESPONSIBILITY

1.After agreement over travel arrangements has been reached and becomes binding, in the event that the customer does not receive the activities, services or goods booked via this site, Hot Holiday Pty Ltd will provide consumer remediation to mutually address the dispute in line with their dispute resolution process. Hot Holiday Pty Ltd will accept responsibility for reparation of said dispute so long as notice is provided within two years from the date of travel/activity booked. Regardless of the above, Hot Holiday Pty Ltd shall not be bounded to any events where that the customer does not receive the activities, services or goods booked via this site due to grounds attributable to the customer.

2. In the event that the customer suffers damages as a result of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Hot Holiday Pty Ltd or an assigned Travel Arrangement Representative, such as in the event of natural disaster; war or civil unrest; unforeseeable closure of transport, lodging or other travel services; or complications arising from a government mandate, Hot Holiday Pty Ltd will assume no responsibility for reparation of said damages.

Within 7 Days : 100% cancellation fees apply

Package Tours ( 2 days or more tours):

14 Days or more : No cancellation fees apply
Within 14 Days : 100% cancellation fees apply
